She graduated from the University of London with LL.B. (Honours) in 2011. She then obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2012 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2013.

Pui Mun started her law career when she joined Messrs C.H. Quay, Ng & Partners in 2011 as a legal clerk and thereafter, she underwent her pupillage journey in the same firm too. Upon the completion of her chambering period, she was later retained as a Legal Assistant until early 2015. Throughout the period from year 2011 until 2015, she was exposed to vast conveyancing & real estate matters and much involved in works such as:-

1. drafting and vetting of sale and purchase agreements for various types of properties including but not limited to sub-sale properties and/or development projects (landed houses, factories, condominiums, apartments, shops and land);

2. drafting and vetting of financial institutions’ security documents including charges, loan agreements, deed of assignment;

3. drafting of trust deeds, power of attorney, tenancy agreements, will, settlement agreements, etc. ; and

4. advising on developer’s responsibilities.

Pui Mun left Messrs C.H. Quay, Ng & Partners in 2015 to establish PM Lee & Co and carries under her belt 3 years of vast experience in the field of Conveyancing & Real Estate practice.
